		<description>Thank you for your thorough posting on this procedure.  I also have a baby tooth that just never left.  Dentists throughout my life told me no problem until recently. I moved and my new dentist was saying it should go and throwing out terms like bridges and braces and crowns.  I&#039;ve searched for more information as to whether this was really necessary, expense versus benefit, etc., but haven&#039;t been able to find many resources until your blog.  I&#039;m still pretty tentative to do anything, as it hasn&#039;t bothered me at all yet, but at least this gives me a sense of what I would be in for.</description>
